My Story

Hi, I'm Catherine, and I understand what it feels like to lose yourself somewhere along the way.

After many years in the demanding corporate world, I faced my own midlife crossroads. The woman who had successfully juggled career, family, and community commitments suddenly found herself dealing with anxiety, disrupted sleep, weight gain, and a profound loss of identity. I was exhausted, my confidence had faded, and a quiet question lingered: "Is this all there is now?"


I wasn't ready to settle. But what had worked in my 30s no longer worked in my 50s—and certainly not approaching my 60s. So I got curious. I studied, experimented, learned from setbacks, and discovered what truly helps midlife women feel like themselves again.


Step by step, I rebuilt my energy, strength, and confidence—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That personal journey of resetting and rediscovering myself didn't just change my life; it revealed my new calling: to help other women navigate this pivotal stage of life with strength and clarity.

Why I Do This Work

That transformation shaped everything about how I coach today. I bring both the empathy of someone who's walked this path and the expertise of a certified Health & Wellness Coach and full member of the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA).
