I felt in a food rut - bored of thinking what to eat and that having daily treats was ok! I knew it wasn’t, and things had to change. The programme helped me to focus on where I was at, why was I feeling like that, and what did I want to do about it. The weekly session with Catherine made me accountable and focused on better food choices and I received supportive feedback from her. Catherine had a very calm delivery with the ability to summarise our discussions and look at a way forward for the coming week. I would recommend working with Catherine and make a commitment to yourself to make changes

I met my primary aims with Catherine’s support. I met my exercise goal that I set out at the start and overall I do think I’ve been better able to manage my energy levels. Overall I would recommend Catherine as a coach to support in achieving health and wellbeing goals. She always provided a safe space, listened and where needed, found information sources to answer questions or provide information.

I am a busy working Mum and have been struggling to make time to take good care of myself. Relocating to a new area, I have been busy settling my children into their new schools etc and taking care of myself has been at the bottom of my priority list. I am generally pretty healthy, eat well and exercise regularly but have felt exhausted over the last 6 months or so and have been struggling to find the energy to do the exercise that I wanted to do. I wanted to be able to do more strength training, longer runs and generally have a better understanding of the foods that would help me effectively fuel my body to achieve this. I wanted to learn more about food so that I would be better educated to make healthier choices. Having the sessions with Catherine was a breath of fresh air.


Catherine always put me at ease in the sessions and delivered exactly what I needed. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and supported me. She helped educate me on blood sugar balancing, giving me lots of ideas for healthy meals that were easy to prepare, kept me fuller for longer and helped better fuel my body to give me more energy. Catherine also helped me review other areas of my life, like work/life balance and sleep routine, giving me the time I needed to assess where I was in each of these areas, and ideas as to how I could make changes. In doing this, I identified how I was lacking in sleep, and how I needed to set more time aside for self-care on a regular basis. Going through this process has helped me achieve a better work/life balance and put in place a sleep routine to allow me enough time to rest and allow my body the time it needs to repair, so that I wake up feeling rested, with energy.


I am better educated to make healthier food choices, not only for me but for my family also. I have had the energy to start working on my fitness, I am able to do the longer runs that were part of my goals and I am also now weight training, which will help with my long-term fitness. I have also lost weight, which was another goal, and I will continue with this. All in all, the last 4 weeks of coaching have greatly improved my general well-being, both mentally and physically.


The sessions with Catherine were educational, fun, and very calming. I am continuing with all the changes that I have made; I have been able to implement them easily, without disruption, which means that they are easy for me to continue with, they have become healthier habits for me which are now a part of my family’s daily routine. I thoroughly enjoyed all the sessions with Catherine and would highly recommend her to support others through their journey to improving their health and well-being.

I wanted to lose weight for a family wedding. I knew little of what the programme entailed but I needed a kick start, and I thought this would be the ideal way to set me off on track. Having spent six weeks on the programme, I can honestly say that is was so much more than I anticipated. We looked at so many different areas of my life and the ways in which I approached things. The whole process has been enlightening and has certainly made me think about myself more deeply and from a different angle. Catherine has been an excellent guide and a very positive, inspirational coach throughout. Thanks to the blood sugar eating plan, I have lost almost half a stone, which is well on the way to what I intended to lose when I started the programme. I am now walking at least twice a week after work -usually three times when possible. Six weeks is a relatively short period of time for significant life changes, but I am now thinking about the future more positively and actively planning a new career for the years ahead.


Catherine’s approach and support have been key to my personal success during the six weeks and hopefully beyond. She has a very calm and sensitive nature which immediately puts you at ease. She clearly explained the different areas we looked at each week and has always followed up each weekly online meeting with relevant information via email the following day. Catherine also contacted me in between each session to see how I was progressing/feeling. I would thoroughly recommend the programme to others and Catherine has been the perfect coach.
