- REIGNITE YOU (8 weeks, 1:1): Our signature programme for women ready for deeper, personalised transformation across all areas of wellbeing.
- REIGNITE TOGETHER (10 weeks, group): Ideal if you thrive with community support and prefer learning alongside other women.
What's included in each programme?
All programmes include weekly coaching sessions, between-session support, personalised resources, habit tracking tools, and a maintenance plan. Specific inclusions vary by programme—1:1 sessions are 60 minutes, group sessions are 75-90 minutes with community access.
Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to start?
Not at all. Our approach is designed for where you are right now. We work with your current abilities and build gradually, focusing on gentle, sustainable changes rather than demanding routines.
Practical Details
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options for all programmes including weekly, monthly, and split payment plans to make coaching accessible without financial stress.
What if I need to miss a session?
For 1:1 programmes, we can reschedule sessions with 24 hours notice. Group sessions continue as planned, but you'll have access to session replays and can catch up with your accountability pod.
Is this available online or in-person?
We offer both options. All programmes can be delivered online for maximum flexibility, and some 1:1 sessions may be available in-person depending on location.

What is the "Awaken Your Next Chapter" call?
This is a complimentary 45 minute coaching session where we explore where you are now, what you want to change, and how coaching might support your goals. There's no pressure - it's simply an opportunity to experience coaching and see if we're a good fit.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching works best for women who are ready to make positive changes and are open to gentle accountability and support. If you're feeling stuck, tired, or wondering "Is this it?" but aren't ready to settle for less than you deserve, coaching could be transformative.
What if I've tried everything before and nothing has worked?
Many of our clients have felt this way. The difference is that our approach is specifically designed for midlife women, taking into account changing hormones, energy levels, and life priorities. We focus on small, sustainable changes rather than overwhelming overhauls.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients notice improvements in energy and mood within the first 2-3 weeks. Sustainable habits typically take 6-8 weeks to feel natural. Remember, this isn't about quick fixes—it's about lasting change that supports you for years to come.

What kind of support do I receive between sessions?
All programmes include email support Monday-Friday with 24-48 hour response times. You'll also receive resources, templates, and tracking tools to support your progress.
What if I can't stick to the plan?
This is exactly why we focus on compassionate accountability rather than rigid rules. We'll work together to identify what's not working and adjust the approach to fit your real life. Progress over perfection is our motto.
Will you tell me exactly what to eat and how to exercise?
No - you remain the expert on your own life. My role is to help you reconnect with your own wisdom and build habits that align with your values, preferences, and lifestyle. We'll explore options together and you'll choose what feels right for you.
Health & Safety
Do I need medical clearance to participate?
While coaching focuses on lifestyle changes rather than medical treatment, we recommend discussing any new health initiatives with your healthcare provider, especially if you have existing health conditions.
Is this a replacement for medical treatment?
No, health coaching complements but never replaces medical care. We work alongside your healthcare team to support lifestyle changes that enhance your overall wellbeing.
What if I have dietary restrictions or physical limitations?
All programmes are fully customisable to accommodate your needs, preferences, and any restrictions. We'll work within your parameters to create a plan that feels good and sustainable for you.
